Dermo-odonto dysplasia belongs to the group of tricho-odonto-onychial dysplasias. It is characterized by signs of variable severity: dry and thin skin, dental anomalies, nail alteration and trichodysplasia. Fourteen cases have been described so far. Autosomal dominant transmission is likely.
