Intellectual disability-hypoplastic corpus callosum-preauricular tag syndrome is characterized by a hypoplastic corpus callosum, microcephaly, severe intellectual deficit, preauricular skin tags, camptodactyly, growth retardation, and recurrent bronchopneumonia. It has been described in four patients in two families. Transmission is autosomal recessive.
