A susceptibility or predisposition to psoriatic arthritis, in which the cause of the disease is a mutation in the LTA gene. Psoriatic arthritis affects more than 10% of patients with psoriasis and, in most cases, there is an association between the severity of the arthritis and the skin involvement.
